The interface is difficult to navigate, and it kept crashing. I was able to open the map once, but after that, it wanted me to purchase the full app for 500 yen before it would even let me look at the map.

I bought this for my three day trip to Fukuoka and after trying to use it I gave up on it after one day. The map interface is buggy. Marked locations slide over the map when you try to zoom in. It couldnt find my location on the map (i was using an iphone 4). I gave up and just used the iphone's Google map service. Using a few free guide pamphlets from the hotel in combination with the iphone's map service proved to be a lot more useful than this.
